The program and the process will undergo regular feedback and performance reviews to ensure effectiveness.
The Ombudsman office will review the submission and acknowledge they have received your submission. They will then review to determine if it meets the scope of the program and if so, will begin an investigation conducted by staff with experienced professionals in conflict resolution and community relations. If the submission is outside of the scope, it will be referred to the appropriate department.
A neutral third party is responsible for receiving and reviewing submissions, ensures impartiality and objectivity.
